Finding the foods you like -

There must be a delicate balance between the 'old' diets where everything tasted awful (like the cabbage soup diet), and the 'new' diets (like South Beach) where the meals required specialty sauces and herbs and an hour to prep and cook. We have found some delicious recipes which fit into our nutrition breakdown, taste delicious and don't take an evening to prepare.

This section will be revised soon, allowing searches and submissions. The recipes here will also be removed as I have tested none of them and don't want anyone's kitchen to blow up!
